Canning beets

I was thinking “which is your favourite” and then - there it was!!

I haven’t ventured into varieties of beets but next year, I plan to grow lots! So those golden ones will be on the list 

I freezedried mine this year and, then,  reconstituted some in a brine mixture overnight - it was so good

I love pickled beets .. Rick didn’t in the past so I quit making them. But he liked this version, so I’m back to pickling beets again. Yes!!
